So whether you own or are buying a property that your considering for Airbnb / VRBO or are thinking about going the Rental Arbitrage route then you need to know where you stand with the expected costs, income, profit or loss. Is it going to be worthwhile or not?
My 'thing' is Numbers and having a good idea of the potential results from a deal before signing up to it can save you a lot of heart ache. Remember a great deal being presented to you by someone else is likely to be a great deal ... for them, but perhaps not so much for you.
The Profit Calculator I often refer to is a tool I use to help me understand the numbers in a clear way that's relevant. Its a tool for Owners and Rental Arbitragers alike which is why I have made it available to buy for those who don't have their own method of working the numbers.
